Yeh, building with stone was the usual think in the northern hemisphere. Was it only when they came to nz that they started building with 'stick' as ma mither ca'd it? And was there historically any wood around there??? The lights were great in those caves. Looked like you were floating in air at one point. Persee - YAY:)!
Yeah, plus there’s not that many big trees here. And stone lasts longer. And they’ve had thousands of years to figure out how to build houses to last. It’s only been 200 years in NZ and it shows! 😂😂🤣
